What does the $199 cover?
It reserves your place, and every dollar goes toward your first subscription payments when you start. We’re planning one monthly price for the phone, AI features and cellular service, expected at $99–$199 USD/month. The plan is still being finalized; you’ll approve the price and what’s included before your phone ships or service starts.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, every dollar. Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund of your deposit and any other reservation payments you’ve made. Just reply to your confirmation or email support@ravenphone.com. We’ll return it to your original payment method.
When will I get it?
We’re getting Raven ready for its first release. We’ll announce a shipping date as testing progresses and keep you updated by email. Your reservation stays fully refundable until shipment.
Will you charge me again automatically?
No. This payment is only your $199 deposit. Reserving doesn’t start a subscription or authorize recurring charges. We’ll confirm the final plan, when billing starts and how to cancel before you choose to activate it.
