Pre-order terms.

Your deposit

You’re reserving a Raven phone from Sintem, Inc. These terms cover the $199 USD reservation deposit offered on our Raven pre-order page.

The $199 is charged when you complete your pre-order. Every dollar becomes credit toward your first subscription payments. It is not a separate payment toward buying the hardware.

We’ll email your reservation confirmation after successful payment. Your reservation puts you in line for early devices; it does not assign a specific delivery date or numbered queue position.

Your subscription & credit

We’re planning a subscription that includes the phone, AI features and cellular service, expected to cost $99–$199 USD per month. Pricing and inclusions are not final and may change. Before your device ships or your subscription starts, we’ll confirm the monthly price, included services and usage limits, device ownership or return terms, any minimum commitment, billing start date, cancellation terms, and any shipping charges, taxes or duties.

Your $199 credit applies to subscription charges starting when you activate the agreed plan. Any unused credit carries forward to the next subscription bill until it is used. The number of months it covers depends on the final monthly price; we are not promising a fixed number of months.

Reserving does not start a subscription or authorize recurring charges. You’ll approve the final plan and billing terms before your device ships or your subscription starts. If you don’t want to go ahead, you can cancel before shipment for a full refund.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel for any reason, any time before your device ships. Reply to your reservation confirmation or email support@ravenphone.com and ask to cancel. Tell us the email address used for your reservation and include your reservation reference if you have it.

We’ll refund your full $199 deposit, any other payments toward this reservation, and any related shipping charges or taxes we collected. Refunds go back to the original payment method for each payment. There is no cancellation fee. We’ll process the refund promptly and within any applicable legal deadline; your bank may take additional time to display it.

If we cancel or cannot fulfil your reservation before shipment, we’ll let you know and refund those payments in full. You don’t have to accept store credit. Cancellation after activation and shipment, including any remaining subscription credit, will be covered by the final plan terms you approve before starting.

Shipping & delays

Raven is not ready to ship, and we have not announced a shipping date. We’ll send shipping updates to the email on your reservation. Keep that address current by replying to your confirmation if it changes.

When we provide a shipping estimate, we’ll identify it as an estimate. If the schedule changes, we’ll explain the delay and your options by email, including the option to cancel for a full refund. We’ll obtain any consent to a delay required by law; where that consent is required and isn’t given, we’ll cancel and refund the reservation.

Shipping destinations and delivery charges will be confirmed before you activate your plan. If we cannot deliver to your location, we’ll refund everything you paid toward this reservation.

Still in development

We’re testing early builds. Hardware, software, features and integrations may change during development. The website describes the direction we’re working toward; it does not mean every feature is ready today.

We’ll explain what the device and service include before you activate your plan. If an important detail changes before shipment, we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

We may separately invite selected people to try early software on existing phones. Participation is optional. We’ll explain the software’s current limitations, any price and the trial terms first; an invitation alone does not start billing or use your reservation credit.

Any product warranty and return policy will be provided before you activate your plan. The cancellation promise here applies before shipment and does not replace your rights after delivery under consumer law.

Your information

This section covers information used for your reservation. We use the name, email, billing or delivery details you provide, payment references and reservation status to manage your reservation, payment, updates, refunds and support, and to meet our legal obligations.

Stripe handles payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Cloudflare hosts our website and order records, and Resend delivers our order emails. These providers receive the information needed to perform those tasks. Delivery providers receive shipping details when needed to fulfil your purchase.

Reserving does not sign you up for marketing emails. You’ll receive messages about your reservation, including confirmation, material changes and shipping updates.

Reply to your confirmation or email support@ravenphone.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to retain some payment and order records for refunds, accounting or other legal obligations.

Device and connected-service privacy information will be provided separately before you use those services.

Your rights & support

For help before or after reserving, email support@ravenphone.com. You can also reply to your reservation confirmation.

Your reservation confirmation, the details shown when you pay, and this version of these terms cover your reservation. Later updates will not reduce the deposit credit or refund rights agreed when you reserved.

Earlier reservations keep their agreed terms. The October 29, 2026 terms remain available for reservations made under the previous device-credit offer.

Your mandatory consumer rights still apply, including rights relating to delivery delays, cancellations, refunds, faulty goods and warranties. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away. If a provision cannot legally apply, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
